Hello Bram,
I can only say the same for us, the first insights and the handling are very customer-friendly. The interface is simple and straightforward. Connecting a LORA device was also established within a few seconds. We were still waiting for the implementation of the Thermokon devices.
Back to the UDP port:
Our customer networks are set up individually with different BACnet networks running on them. We often work with NAT servers. We are currently testing the hardware on our premises so that we can use it for our customers in the future. I think we have made a good choice with you. At the moment, changing the UDP port is not directly necessary, but I am pleased to hear that you would create a patch for us so that we can quickly find a solution. Should it be necessary we will of course get in touch. I have already seen that you have taken up our suggestion. We also welcome the adaptation of the object IDs and object names as well as the writing of BACnet in a LORA (downlink) in the suggestions and look forward to the implementation.
Finally, I would like to praise you for your quick response and help. I think that we will be able to work well together in the future.
Mr. Dupuis had already explained KNX to me. I was just curious, of course 🙂
See you soon
Best regards
Mohammed
