LoRa multicast support

Description:

The LoRa specification defines multicast communication. In large deployments, multicast can offer great benefits as only one downlink has to be transmitted to all devices at once instead of one downlink per device.

Proposed feature:

On the web interface, up to four multicast groups can be defined. The user is free to assign devices to the multicast group. Downlinks can then be sent to a multicast group in addition to specific devices directly.
