BACnet device node ✅

Description:

The NodeRED community offers thousands of nodes, for almost every platform and protocol one can think of. BACnet, however, has no community-provided NodeRED node. Only BACnet tools are available, which act as a client to read/write BACnet controllers.

Proposed feature:

An Allorado-provided NodeRED node to turn the gateway into a BACnet device. This node would allow the gateway to be used in BACnet installations and act as a simple controller. Interaction between BACnet, LoRa and other protocols is made possible by this node.
